owner representation
We work for the client as a third party to help manage the construction process, and specifically the Client/GC relationship. The homeowner has someone else representing their interests and helping manage the General Contractor, as needed. The General Contractor has someone who understands the construction process and is helping to manage client expectations.
construction management
We bring a network of pre-screened, highly-skilled contractors to the client. The primary relationship is still between the homeowner and contractor, but the construction management process is more straightforward because there is more accountability via the curated relationship.
